Delete a secret

DELETE

/v1/secrets/{id}

Soft-deletes the row and DESTROYS the stored value — a "deleted" secret must not leave a resolvable credential behind. Refused with 409, naming the referents, while any destination still references it, so a delete can never turn into a delivery failure discovered hours later. Requires the admin scope.

Scoped API key. Scopes are read ⊂ write ⊂ admin. A call needing more scope than the key holds returns 403 insufficient_scope.
